The XTC series programmable servo straightening and cutting machine adopts PLC programming control, servo line feeding servo stops cutting, and the cutting dynamic mold adopts clamping and cutting, with a smooth and burr free cut. Different processing parameters can be set according to the different requirements of metal wire materials. The length of the wire can be adjusted, with simple operation and precise length, making it more suitable for precise straightening and cutting of metal short wires and metal particles.

We can process various types of metal coil wires, such as stainless steel, spring steel, titanium alloy, copper, iron, aluminum, carbon steel, gold, silver, nickel, titanium, zirconium, manganese, tungsten, molybdenum, as well as alloy wires such as silver copper, platinum iridium, platinum rhodium, beryllium copper, and phosphonium copper.
